Right of access to personal data and other rights
1. The party concerned is entitled to obtain confirmation whether personal data concerning him/her exists or not, even though it may not yet be recorded, and its communication in intelligible form.
2. The party concerned is entitled to obtain information on:
a) the origin of the personal information;
b) the purposes and ways of processing;
c) the logic applied in the case of processing using electronic instruments;
d) the identifying details of the data controller, persons responsible and representative designated pursuant to article 5, section 2;
e) the subjects or categories of subjects to whom the personal information may be communicated or who may acquire knowledge of it in their capacity as designated representative in the national territory, persons responsible or appointees.
3. The party concerned is entitled to obtain:
a) the updating and correction or, when there is the interest, the completion of the information;
b) the cancellation, the transformation into anonymous form or the block of the information processed in violation of the law, including that which is not necessary to keep in relation t the purposes for which the information has been collected or subsequ c) the certification that the operations as per letters a) and b) have been notified, as far as their contents are concerned, to those to whom theinformation has been communicated or circulated, except the case in which this requirement is impossible or e
4. The party concerned is entitled to oppose, in all or in part:
a) for legitimate motives the processing of the personal information concerning him/her, even though pertinent to the purpose of the collection;
b) the processing of personal information concerning him/her for the purposes of sending advertising material or on direct sales or for market research or commercial notification.
